Fleet Management App
The Fleet Managment App can help manage your fleet of vehciles or assests, it has the ability to do the following.
– Dashboard to report on key asset milestone. e.g. vehicles approching leave end ks.
– Record vehicle details, lease details, etag and fuel card information, current kilometers.
– Capture monthly kilometer audits from vehicles and in turn
– Capture monthly or quaterly audits from vehicles, the auits can be as details as you want with multiple choice questions and photo uploads
– Report on failed audits can be emailed or viewed in the application.
Safe Work Method Statements App (SWMS APP)
– Ability to record employees, sub contractors, email address, mobile number and white card details.
– The system works best if connected to a job managment system when you have swms completed against jobs, details can be prefiled like site information and popualted into your swms document.
– Can setup job specific swms for users to identifiy site risks prior to commencement of works on site.
– Ability to encode in different languages using a translate api and encode website text and completed swms documents in users preferred langauge
– Various options for access complated swms document, can be emailed or viewed on swms app.
